I don’t wear makeup. That could be seen as rebellious here in America, or you could think me a simpleton. Here’s my take on makeup: it’s a waste of time and money. I suspect that women and girls who wear makeup are insecure and vain, and they are just trying to impress others. You don’t need to wear makeup to look beautiful – in fact, you shouldn’t. God made you beautiful (even if you don’t think so) so why cover it up with paint? Why not stop buying makeup and give that money to charity or pursue a hobby with it?
